POP! Stands for Pout on the Pavement! It was borne out of a collaboration of two women who were looking to merge fitness and fun in a way that would inspire others to think more about their physical health and well being.
POP! is not only a fun way to embrace fun and fitness in your overall health, but it provides the opportunity to give back to great causes while doing it.
With POP! we aim to create fitness lovers and we can't wait for you to join us.
